I’m Leanne Azimov, a registered dietitian and McGill University graduate. I entered the field of nutrition with a passion for health and a desire to help people. I am a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario and I’ve spent over a decade in private practice helping clients create realistic, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits.
I specialize in supporting families, picky eaters, and managing food allergies and intolerances, while also working with clients facing diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, IBS, PCOS, and weight management challenges. My approach is holistic, addressing the effects of lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, mental health, physical activity, and more. I focus on debunking nutrition myths and providing evidence-based guidance tailored to each person’s unique needs.
I love teaching clients how to use food to manage gastrointestinal symptoms, maintain a healthy body weight, and prevent chronic disease. I’m also passionate about cooking and enjoy providing practical, family-friendly recipes, personalized meal plans, and simple meal planning schedules to make mealtimes less stressful.
